Steve Colagrossi is a highly respected guitarist and mentor in the Elkhart music community. His passion for music and dedication to supporting fellow musicians have left a lasting impact, inspiring countless artists. A devoted supporter of the Midwest Musicians' Collective, Steve's contributions have been instrumental in furthering its mission. In recognition of his influence, the Midwest Musicians' Collective established the Steve Colagrossi Excellence in Guitar Award to honor young musicians who embody his spirit of excellence and generosity.

Perry Germann is a master luthier renowned for his handcrafted, one-of-a-kind electric guitars under the Germann Guitars brand. Based in Elkhart, Indiana, Perry has dedicated his career to building high-quality instruments that blend traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation. His work has attracted some of the biggest names in music, including Garth Brooks, members of Toby Keith’s band, and Graham Nash from Crosby, Stills & Nash.
Beyond his expertise in guitar-making, Perry is a longtime devoted supporter of the Midwest Musicians' Collective. His invaluable contributions have played a significant role in advancing the organization's mission to provide access to music for all. His passion for music and dedication to craftsmanship have not only shaped the sound of professional musicians but have also strengthened the Midwest music community.
